Members should note that dining fees are only credited back if notice is given
to the Secretary on the Wednesday previous to the meeting. 
Visitors who wish to stay for the Banquet may settle the $100 dining fee here. 
Please ensure you identify yourself.  A refund will  be available if you cannot attend and advise
the Secretary accordingly
